Closing Coordination & Online File: $347

  • Set up Online File with all docs, contingency deadlines & parties to the transaction
  • Intro letter sent to Buyer, Agent and Co-op Agent
  • Contract Package sent to Lender, Title Company and Co-op Agent
  • Contingency reminders
  • Docs (Title & HOA)  ordered and sent to all parties
  • Closing scheduled
  • Complete a Online Closed File that is saved for 7 years

Listing Coordination & Online File: $347

  • Set up & maintain an Online File to include all docs, dates & parties to the transaction
  • Create all required documents for listing such as Lead-Paint Disclosure, Square Footage Disclosure
  • Obtain any needed signatures from Seller and/or Agent
  • Send Listing Agreement to Title Co and request Preliminary Title
  • Order copy of all HOA docs as required for Seller-disclosure
  • Enter property into MLS same day
  • Enter property into other websites used by agent
  • Transaction Coordination and Online File maintained from point of UC to Closing
  • Complete a Online Closed File that is saved for 7 years

I have over 14 years of experience in residential real estate as an agent and REO asset manager facilitating over 1,000 successful closings.
